These Terms govern your use of SKIP – Track Money You Keep (“SKIP,” “the app,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account, continuing as a guest, or using SKIP, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms where you live. If local law requires a parent or guardian to consent, they must do so before you use SKIP.
2. What SKIP does
SKIP helps you record purchases you chose not to make, expenses you paid, recurring services, and savings goals. Totals, trends, projections, travel savings, and other figures are estimates based on information you enter.
SKIP is not a bank, accounting service, financial adviser, tax adviser, or investment service. It does not connect to a bank account, hold money, move money, or guarantee that an estimate matches your financial accounts. Check important figures against your own records.
3. Your account and content
You are responsible for access to your email, Google account, Apple account, device, and store account. Guest access may not be recoverable after deleting the app or changing devices. Signing in makes your SKIP data recoverable on another supported device.
The cards, amounts, goals, notes, schedules, and other information you enter remain yours. You give us permission to store and process that information only as needed to operate and improve SKIP.
4. SKIP Pro subscriptions
SKIP Pro is available as an optional auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. Both billing periods unlock the same Pro features. The price and billing period shown in the app before purchase are provided by your App Store or Google Play storefront.
- Google Play or the App Store processes payment. SKIP never receives your full payment-card details.
- Your store account is charged when you confirm a purchase and again at the end of each monthly or yearly billing period unless you cancel.
- You can manage or cancel in your store subscription settings. Deleting SKIP does not cancel a subscription.
- You can restore an active subscription in the app while signed in to the SKIP account that should receive Pro access.
- After cancellation, Pro remains available until the end of the paid billing period. Your data remains, but features above Free limits become locked until you resubscribe or remove the extra items.
- Google or Apple handles refunds, taxes, currency conversion, and purchase disputes under its own policies.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use SKIP for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; access another person’s account or data; bypass plan limits or subscription checks; disrupt, probe, scan, or overload SKIP or its infrastructure; or copy, resell, or reverse engineer SKIP except where applicable law expressly allows it.
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect SKIP, other users, or comply with law.
6. Availability and third-party services
Automatic entries, reminders, brand information, subscription-price suggestions, fuel prices, and service availability depend on your device and third-party services. They may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable.
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features. We will use reasonable efforts to give notice before materially reducing a feature you paid for.
7. Disclaimers
SKIP is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free calculations, or that an estimate is suitable for a financial decision.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, WekndAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, savings, or goodwill arising from SKIP. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Account deletion and ending use
You may stop using SKIP at any time. Profile → Delete account permanently removes the account data controlled by SKIP and requests deletion of the corresponding RevenueCat customer record. Store purchase records may still be retained by Google or Apple as required by law and their policies.
Account deletion does not cancel an active store subscription. Cancel through Google Play or the App Store first.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice in the app or by email. Continued use after the new effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
